Diary Division
Our state of the art dairy milks 900 cows per day producing 8
million litres per year.
The milk is
pasteurized and homogenized in a modern milk processing plant based
at Huntley Farm in Chisamba, packaged and sold under the brand name
Zam Milk.
Further value is
added in drinking yoghurt and sold under the brand name Zam Sip.
Cheese, butter and
cream processing facilities were commissioned in 2005 and promise to
contribute substantially to this division.
A
juice line is also in the process of being commissioned.
